it`s a few months after the fact but I just heard of peter`s passing. I only new him from the mens sunday morning hockey league. he will be missed. be kind of sad not to see him on sunday mornings at the arena. my condolences and best wihes for his family.

Dear Katie, James & Michael,

I am a long time friend of Marielle & Jim Ross in Peterborough and watched their sons grow up into fine young men. I am so saddened to hear that their youngest, Peter, has passed this week. I have so many fond memories of Peter (at his Dad's funeral, on the ski slopes, at family celebrations) and they all speak of a sparkling fellow who represented himself and his family so very well. Like you, I am having all sorts of difficulty accepting that such a vibrant young individual could be taken from us at such an early age. Hopefully, the Ross family spirit will get each of you through these tough, tough days. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am soo gutted to hear of Peters passing. He was a dear friend at Webb. The quiet, kind, old soul sort of person who liked to keep to himself...like Eeyore I would call him.

Peter put his whole life into his boys and Kate. it was very admirable to hear him talk about all things family and hockey.
