Obituary of Erie Pearl Muir

MUIR, ERIE: At her home in Smithville on Thursday, July 23rd, 2015, Erie Pearl Muir (nee Chambers) passed away in her 87th year. Beloved wife of the late Ronald Muir (2006). Loving mother of Lloyd and his wife Mary, Bill and his wife Karen, and Elaine Turner. Cherished by her grandchildren Melanie Kearns (Adam), Thomas Muir (Erin), Trevor Muir (Leanne), Joshua Muir (Melanie), Brittany Turner, Sarah Turner and 10 great grandchildren. Dear sister of Fern Lymburner (Lorne), and sister-in-law of Mildred Chambers and Marion Chambers. Predeceased by her sister Marion Chambers, and brothers Leo Chambers and George Chambers. Visitation at Smithville United Church, 116 West Street (Regional Rd 20), Smithville on Monday, July 27th from 10 a.m. until Noon and will be followed by the funeral service. Interment at Abingdon Presbyterian Cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Smithville United Church or West Lincoln Memorial Auxiliary would be appreciated and can be made through funeral home.
