It. 's hard to put into words, the kind of friend Erie was. She was such an inspiration, so loving and giving. I often think of the times we would sit around the table sipping tea, talking about family and friends or a new recipe she found. And remember trips to the farms, to get fruits and vegetables for canning, she taught me so much. I remember how her eyes would light up when ever she talk about one of her children or grand kids, she was always so proud of them. Her giving nature and her kind heart will always be the things I remember the most.
She will to truly missed.

So Sorry....Thinking of you all...
My sympathies to all the family.
I got to know Erie from her visits to Markdale.
She was always cheerful, positive and was so proud of her children and grandchildren.
I know she will be greatly missed.
All the best.
Diane
Our deepest sympathy to you and your family. Your Mom was a wonderful lady. Erie was a wonderful friend to Luella, Mark's Mom, for many years. We always enjoyed visiting Erie and having a piece of her pie when we visited Smithville every year.
Sincerely,
Mary
my thoughts and prayers are with all the Muir family. So sad to hear about your mom! I remember growing up in the Abingdon neighbourhood as a friend of Elaine's-and spending many a night at the Muir home. Your mom and dad were always so accepting. Your mom always had good motherly advice and such a warm smile to go with it. Good memories!
My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Muir family. Although I didn't know her well ,I do know Gigi was an amazing women. She always had a smiling face and a hug for Lucas and I. She will truly be missed.
