A special smile a special face in my heart you have a special place. A dearly loved grandaughter, you will be loved and cherished and your memory will bloom in my heart year after year. God has you in his arms and I have you in my heart. Rest in peace my special angel till we meet again on heavens shore.
Love always grandma barb
I loved how Sam knew what she wanted, and she made sure you knew it too! I will miss her smile, and her laugh. Extendicare won't be the same without our little Cheetos monster! Love Courtney
It doesn't matter how long a person lives, whether 30 years or 90, when we love them, we always want more: one more whispered conversation, one more shared laugh, one more hug. But when we love someone and we can see they are suffering, we let them go even though our hearts are broken. Right now we can be sure that Samantha is entirely well and in very good hands indeed. In time, may the pain that is felt at her loss be transformed into pure gratitude for her time with you. In fewer than 30 years, Samantha touched hearts and changed lives for the better forever. You would have kept her with you forever if you could, but I'm sure everyone who knew her is so very grateful she was "theirs" for a while. I'm so glad I got to meet Samantha too, even if it was when she was in "God's waiting room". Welcome home, Sam! (Rev. Trish Archibald, Chaplain, Niagara Health, St. Catharines site)
