Condolences
Christina will forever be in our hearts. She made us laugh, gave the biggest hugs, and loved us all very much. She remembered past family events and always looked forward to the next one. Family was everything to her. We will cherish the beautiful memories we have with her.
John, Judy, Steven, Mark, Thomas, and Catrina, your faith is so strong. Rest assured that God keeps his promises to those who love him and trust in him. He has opened his arms wide and welcomed Christina home with a big hug like she gave to everyone.
Jesus told us at the start
He'd go and prepare a place,
But come the time for us to part
It always leaves an empty space.
Memories we hold and keep,
Words we wish that we could say,
Bring a tear and make us weep
And seem to haunt us night and day.
Dear Lord to You we bring our grief
And to only You we pray
As we hold tight to our belief
We'll meet again some day
Sincere sympathies to all the Terpstras on the loss of a daughter, niece, cousin and friend. May you feel the Arms of Jesus surround you as God comforts you at this time of loss. I am sure Christina was loved and will certainly be missed.
Judy and John:

We will always remember visiting with Christina and her family. We remember her tight hugs and her smile .How she was always ready to help out.We remember her telling us stories of what she was up too and asking us what we thought of that
I am so sorry to hear of Christina's sudden death. I have fond memories of her as a happy, helpful student at ACS. Peace and comfort to all her family.

I’ll Lend you a Child
I will lend you, for a little time,
A child of mine, he said.
For you to love the while she lives,
And mourn for when she’s dead.
It may be six or seven years,
Or twenty-two or three.
But will you, till I call her back,
Take care of her for Me?
She’ll bring her charms to gladden you,
And should her stay be brief.
You’ll have her lovely memories,
As solace for your grief.
I cannot promise she will stay,
Since all from earth return.
But there are lessons taught down there,
I want this child to learn.
I’ve looked the wide world over,
In search for teachers true.
And from the throngs that crowd life’s lanes
I have selected you.
Now will you give her all your love,
Nor think the labor vain.
Nor hate me when I come
To take her home again?
I fancied that I heard them say,
‘Dear Lord, Thy will be done!’
For all the joys Thy child shall bring,
The risk of grief we’ll run.
We’ll shelter her with tenderness,
We’ll love her while we may,
And for happiness we’ve known,
Forever grateful stay.
But should the angels call for her,
Much sooner than we planned.
We’ll brave the bitter grief that comes,
And try to understand.
