BEAMER, JUNE: Peacefully with her family at her side on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, June Elaine Beamer (nee Lounsbury) passed away after a courageous battle with cancer in her 69th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold Beamer (2007). Cherished mother of Douglas (Anna), Christopher (Tammy) and Bradley (Leah). Loved grandmother to Rylan, Ella, Adelyn, Grace and Eliot. She will be dearly missed by her sisters, Barbara (Gary) DeGrow, and Marilyn (Benny) D’Alessio, and her nieces and nephews. June was a teacher before pausing her career to raise her family. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandma, sister and daughter. She treasured the time she spent with family. June also held very dear the connections she made within her community. She had a passion for quilting and knitting. She found great enjoyment within her church choir. Into retirement June expanded her community involvement with the West Lincoln Community Care, WLMH newborn hats, the Legion Villa, Welcome Wagon, Project Linus Canada, and filling purses for a Mary’s Place for the homeless.
