It was with sadness that I learned of Andy’s passing. He was always there with kind words and a demeanor to match. Truly among the best. He will be dearly missed. Sincerely, Michael.
Dear Pat and family. We share in your loss. Andy was a friend to all he met. He was always welcoming with a warm smile, big hug or a firm handshake. He enjoyed people and people enjoyed him. We will never forget Andy, who made a strong impression on our daughter when they played golf together. Certainly Andy was a one of a kind person,it was easy to love him, who called Dosseh Do Si Do. He occupied a large space in our Community. We offer our condolences to his family & our sorrow.

My deepest sympathy to the Wirth family. I had the pleasure of working with Andy for quite a few years. He was always a joy to work with...always jovial and kind with a friendly smile. He exuded integrity. Not too many men like him come around in your lifetime. I will deeply miss him. Thank you Andy for the great memories. Rest in peace my friend.

Our heartfelt condolences on behalf of my wife Amy and I to Andy's Family and our parish family.
We joined St. Martin of tours parish 4 years ago and I remember very well the first person to greet me as I walked through the door, of course it was Andy. That great smile and firm handshake was always welcomed in the years that have followed.
My first Knights of Columbus meeting Andy sat with me and once again made me feel welcome. I know I am not the only one whose life Andy has touched over the years I have no doubt there are many.
Andy was proof that you can make a difference in people's lives even if it is for a few brief moments at church.
I am truly thankful for being a recipient of his kindness.
We send our Sincere Sympathies in the loss of Andy.
May Wonderful Memories be ever near.
Sincerely, The Battersby's
