Obituary of Kevin John McIntyre

McINTYRE, KEVIN:  After a valiant fight, Kevin John McIntyre passed away at Hamilton General Hospital on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the age of 51.  Cherished husband of Becky (nee Steadman).  Loving father of Steve McIntyre, and the late David McIntyre, and caring step-father to Lindsay, Tina, Mark, and Matthew.  Dearly loved son of John and Joann McIntyre.  He will also be missed by his brother-in-law David Steadman (Donna), other family members, many friends, and his fellow firefighters at West Lincoln Fire Department where he was Deputy Fire Chief.  Visitation at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Sunday, April 29 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.  The funeral service will be held at the Canadian Reformed Church of Smithville, 330 Station Street, Smithville on Monday, April 30 at 11 a.m.  If desired, memorial donations to Mark Preece Family House or McNally House Hospice would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
