KAZIENKO, JOHN: Peacefully at McNally House on Sunday, July 20, 2008, John Kazienko of RR#3 Wellandport, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of the late Irene (nee Lymburner). John will also be dearly missed by his special friend and companion Nan Straiton. Loving father of Kim Smith, Pamela and Kevin Kreutzer, and Susan and Ken Richards. Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Jillian, Kaylie, and Michael Smith; Ryan and Tyson LeBlanc; and Brie, Natalie and Zachary Richards. Dear brother of Bronny and Rose Kazienko, Abbie Wilkinson (and the late Gord), Alex Kazienko, Ed and Joan Kazienko, Della McLean (and the late Arnold), Tom (Albert) and Sally (Eileen) Kazienko, and brother-in-law of John Carbert. Also predeceased by his sister Jenny Carbert. He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and neighbours. Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Monday, July 21 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Merritts United Church (corner of Church Road and South Chippawa Road, Wellandport) on Tuesday, July 22 at 11 am. Interment at the church's adjoining cemetery.
