Obituary of George Daniel Jurik

JURIK, GEORGE DANIEL:  With broken hearts and deepest love we announce the passing on August 6, 2017, at the age of 81 years.  Beloved and devoted husband of June Jurik (nee Varady) for 61 years, you were the best my love.  Loving father and best friend and teacher of many traits to Danny (Barb), George (the late Julie), Randy (Tina) and Joey (Sheela).  Much loved grampa of 8 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  George will also be missed by his sister Susan.  Happy hunting my love and dad - your hunting sons and grandsons of three Jurik generations.  A private cremation and family service has taken place.  Many thanks to "our angels" of West Lincoln Memorial Hospital and palliative team for their care and compassion to George.  If desired, memorial donations to McNally House Hospice or the War Amps would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
