GORDON, JUDY: February 22, 1955 to February 21, 2008: Loving wife of Richard High for almost twenty years. Loving mother of Wayne (Aisling), Nicole (Matt) and Carrie. Cherished grandmother of Michael, Noah and Dylan. Dear sister of Keith Iekel (predeceased) and his wife Rose, Lillian (Larry) Wannamaker, Sheila Buchan, Leonard Styles, Mary (Mike) Calas, Peter (Debbie) Verhoeven, Joyce Paquette, and Eric Roberts. Judy will also be lovingly remembered by the High family, and by many cherished nieces, nephews and friends. While under the special care of Dr. Davidson, Judy passed away at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital in Grimsby under a blanket of love and surrounded by her loved ones. Thank you to the nurses of C Ward and nurse Annette. Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street in Smithville on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Smithville United Church at 10 am. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
