I would say Bill was more of a brother than a brother-in-law and he will be missed.

To my sister, Shirley and my nephew, Michael, my heart goes out to you at this difficult time. We know Bill is in a better place and that he had a small army of relatives and friends waiting to welcome him. Enjoy fishing in the heavenly streams.
