KILLINS, VERA: Peacefully at Grandview Lodge in Dunnville on Wednesday, February 19, 2014, Vera Mary Killins (nee Kaye) of RR#3 Wellandport passed away in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of Harold Lavern Killins for 68 years. Loving mother of Allan and his wife Kathy, Brian and his wife Katherine, and Mary Lynne Ecker and her husband Stephen. Cherished grandmother of 7 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of George Burley and Shirley Kaye. Predeceased by sister Anne Burley and brother Peter Kaye. Visitation at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Monday, February 24 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Merritts United Church (corner of Church Road and South Chippawa Road, Wellandport) on Tuesday, February 25 at 11 am with interment in the church's adjoining cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to Merritts United Church would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
