PYETT, DARYL: Suddenly, on Tuesday, July 9, 2013, Daryl Arthur Pyett of Caistor Centre passed away in his 54th year. Beloved husband for 24 years of Margaret Pyett (nee Calder). Loving father of Sarah Broadfield (husband Jay), Nolan Pyett (friend Pirjo), and Tracy Pyett (friend Ali). Cherished grandfather of Jaxon. Daryl will also be dearly missed by his parents Lloyd and Phyllis Pyett, grandmother Emma Young, sister Karen Davis (Ralph), brother David Pyett (Annmarie), in-laws Norma and Ivan Anderson, as well as his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, cousins and many friends. Predeceased by grandparents Arthur and Alma Pyett, William Young and Eleanor Young. Visitation at Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Thursday, July 11 from 7-9 pm and on Friday, July 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at Caistorville United Church (9550 York Road) on Saturday, July 13 at 10:30 am with interment at the church's adjoining cemetery. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Caistorville United Church would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
