STEFANIK, ROGER: At St. Catharines General Hospital on Thursday, December 10, 2009, Roger Gregory Stefanik Sr. of Smithville, in his 86th year. Beloved father of Stephen Stefanik. Loving son of the late Matthew and Mary (Kasuba, nee Barto). Dear brother-in-law of Fern Stefanik, and uncle to Roger (Denise) Stefanik and family, David (Jeannie) Stefanik and family, and Linda (Tim) Brannan and family. Predeceased by his brother Paul Stefanik. Friends may call at the Merritt Funeral Home, 287 Station Street, Smithville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, December 14 at 11 am at the funeral home. Cremation will follow. If desired, memorial contributions to McNally House would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the funeral home.
