Obituary of Violet North

Peacefully at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital, Grimsby on December 22, 2023 Violet North passed away in her 98th year. Predeceased by her husband Joseph North (d.1974). Violet will be missed by her children Larry, Jackie (d. Fred), and Gene. She is remembered by her grandchildren Kristie, Jennifer (Lucas), James (Larissa), and Katelyn. Violets memory will live on in the hearts of her great-grandchildren Jaela, Aeris, Ryver, Memphis, and Tymber. She is survived by her brother Murray. She will be missed by many other extended family and friends. A visitation will take place at Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville on Wednesday, December 27, from 4:00-6:00 p.m.  If desired, memorial donations to a Charity of your choice would be appreciated and can be made through the funeral home.
