Passed away peacefully at Crescent Park Lodge, Fort Erie, on October 31, 2022 at the age of 83. He will be remembered by his children Allen, Bruce, and Paul (Cindy). Norm will live on in the memory of all his grandchildren and many great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his siblings Floyd and Betty. Arrangements have been entrusted to Merritt Funeral Home, Smithville.
