Obituary of Alfred Geerlinks

The Lord in His infinite wisdom called home his son, Alfred Geerlinks at McNally House Hospice in Grimsby, surrounded by family. Beloved husband of Bernice Geerlinks for 39 years. Loving father of Adam (Naomi), Scott (Jaime), Jason (Sara), and Jeff (Kelsey). Beloved grandpa of Ciara, Anna, Luke, Makaya, Maddynn, Carson, Raya, Logan, Russell, Carmin, Felix, Laurel, Scarlett, Archer, and Vivienne. Fred is survived by his mother Anna and siblings Rita (Mike), Humphrey (Deb), and Sharon (Rob). Predeceased by his father Harm Geerlinks. He will be missed by many other extended family, friends, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Smithville Christian Reformed Church, 6522 Townline Road, Smithville on Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 7-9 p.m. A Celebration of Life service will take place on Friday, August 19, 2022 also at Smithville Christian Reformed Church at 11:00 a.m..
