SIMS, LORETTA JANE (nee Niemi): It is with great sadness that the family announces the peaceful passing of Loretta Sims, on October 3, 2008, in her 74th year, after a courageous battle with cancer. Wife of the late Keith Sims (2002). Cherished mother of Elaine Boers (Jim), Linda Mercer, Doug Sims (Shirley), and Dianne Gaudette (Floyd). Dear grandmother of Laurie, Christopher, Steven, Amanda, Stefanie and Bob. Cremation has taken place. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date. Special thanks to the Nurses and Staff at McNally House. If desired, memorial contributions to McNally House would be appreciated by the family and can be made through the Funeral Home.
