Obituary of Wendy Lee Stavinga

After a long battle with M.S, it is with great sadness we announce the passing of a wonderful mother, sister, daughter and friend. Wendy Stavinga is survived by her mother Flora Young. She will be missed by her loving children Cheryl (Chad) Braye and Scott Terryberry (Kathryn Brown). Loving grandmother of Cassi, Jaxon, Sabrina, Alexander, and great grandmother of Miranda, Jeffery, Addison, and Michael. Wendy will be remembered by her siblings Stanley (Terri), Brian (Sandy), Danny (Pam), Trudy (Val), Walter Jr. (Genevia), and sister in law Marlene. She was pre-deceased by her father Walter Young Sr. and her brother Wayne Young Sr. She will also be loved and remembered by her nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and the Terryberry Family. Thank you to the Doctors and Nurses (ICU Department) at WLMH for the excellent care they gave to our mother, and the staff at Albright Manor for their care over the years. We appreciate everything you did for our mom. A memorial service will be held by the family at Calvary Gospel Church, Beamsville, On Saturday October 30, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Visitation starting at the church an hour prior.
